I ordered my glasses from lenscrafters.com they showed up faster than I thought they would 😊

The tracking came through pretty much right away, and the updates were easy to keep up with. The package arrived exactly when it said it would, with no random delays or confusing stuff.

My glasses were packed really well too, so everything was safe when it got here. Overall, it was a simple, no-stress experience, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’d definitely order online again

I went to LensCrafters for an eye exam, it was one of those appointments that didn’t feel like a chore. I was seen quickly, and the doctor explained everything clearly without making it feel overly technical.

The staff was nice and easy to talk to, which always makes a difference. They helped with my prescription, answered my questions, and didn’t give off that pushy sales vibe. I left feeling like it was handled well, so I’d go back

My glasses showed up quick, which was nice. The prescription feels mostly right, but one eye seems just a tiny bit off for some reason. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just not completley perfect for me.

I ended up having to return my glasses because they just didn’t fit right. The staff at the store took care of everything quickly, and my refund came through a few days later. Stopped in to check out some frames. Didn’t stay long. The place just felt kind of dirty. Dust on the shelves. Fingerprints all over the mirrors. Floor looked like it needed a sweep too. Staff was fine, no issue there. But the store itself wasn’t very clean, so I didn’t really feel like hanging around.

I was surprised by how many frames LensCrafters had. I went in assuming I’d just grab the same style I always wear, but I ended up trying on a bunch of different colors and shapes. They had a lot of brands I actually liked too, which made it hard to choose in a good way. I did find a pair that fit my face really well, but if the selection isn’t this good next time, I’d probably check out another store

I got my new frames from LensCrafters a couple weeks ago i’m happy with them. They dont feel cheap or flimsy at all, and the hinges open and close really smooth. I’ve been wearing them every day so far with no issues, and the fit is really comfortable too. Overall, I’m defintely impressed.

I ordered glasses online and, based on how these things usually go, I was expecting to have to keep checking for updates myself. But they actually kept me in the loop well. I got emails when the order was placed, when it shipped, and when it was ready. One update came a little later than I would’ve guessed, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was easy to know what was happening the whole time

"Optometrist was great, but I left a little disappointed"
I had my eye exam at LensCrafters, and the optometrist really knew their stuff. They explained what changed with my vision in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. My new prescription seems right and my glasses feel much better now. I just wish the rest of the experience had matched that level of care, because I still left feeling a bit disappointed overall.
